The Illinois Conference Stewardship Department serves primarily to assist our pastors and local
leaders in teaching the Biblical principles of Christian stewardship, as well as teaching believers how to put these principles to practical use through Tithe and offerings
which finance the worldwide mission of the Church--taking the everlasting gospel and final warning message to every nation, kindred, tongue and people!
The Biblically based Personal Giving Plan, outlined on the Adventist Tithe envelopes, is a systematic and efficient method for gathering and distributing the Tithe and offerings
to all phases of God's work around the World. The "PGP" is very simply the "haves" sharing with the "have nots" as we work together to hasten the return of our Savior Jesus Christ!
The Stewardship Department prepares and/or distributes the following stewardship education materials which are available directly from this website:
- The Stewpot - a monthly topical stewardship education bulletin insert
- The Dynamic Steward- a quarterly stewardship magazine for leaders & educators

The Stewardship Department is also available to conduct seminars in your church on the following topics:
- Biblical Stewardship Principles (managing God's gifts to glorify Him)
- Christian Family Finance (featuring budgeting and getting out of debt
- Personal Giving Plan (financing the mission of the church thru Tithe and offerings)
