Here are resources for Illinois Conference staff use only . . . To download a file, right click on the link, choose "Save As" and place the file on your computer.

• Get E-mail (staff with e-mailaddress@illinoisadventist.org)
• Pastors Baptismal Report, .pdf file (NOTE: this is a fillable form.  Just double click on the file, fill in the blanks, save it on your computer, and send the file as an attachment as instructed.
• Workers Report Form .xls file NOTE:  This is an Excell spreadsheet. Right click on the file and save it on your computer as follows: yourlastname_yourfirstname_2005_mm.xls
• You'll replace the first two parts of this file name with your name. Here is an example of what your file name should look like:  smith_john_2005_01.xls.
• The last two numbers of the file name are the month of the report.  You'll need a separate file for each month of the year. After you've entered your data on the file and saved it for the month, you may send it as an e-mail attachment to: payroll@illinoisadventist.org
• There are portions of this file that are protected, for office use only. You will not be able to add information in those places.
